VCSE organisations and community groups from Weardale, Teesdale and Derwent Valley are invited to join us for an online session ‘An Introduction to the Rural Durham Community Research Network’ on Tuesday 6th May from 12.15 – 12.45pm via Zoom.

Jemma Austin, Research and Insight Project Lead from Durham Community Action will chair the online session, and Stephen Crossley will join us from Durham University with an opportunity for audience questions and answers at the end. 

During the session, you will:

• Find out more about the Rural Durham Community Research Network
• Find out about the benefits of your organisation getting involved
• Find out about opportunities for communities to lead their own research – with funding support available
• Find out about free community research training sessions on offer
• Understand what the training will offer communities
• Find out how to get involved with the network and the training
