Durham Community Action provides information, advice and guidance for charities and not-for-profit organisations who are looking for funding to carry out their activities.

We can support you by:

• Completing a funding search to identify potential funders for your project
• Offering advice on community consultation, helping you collect the evidence that demonstrates your project is meeting the communities needs
• Reviewing funding applications as a critical friend
• Supporting you as you develop a fundraising strategy
• Offering advice and guidance as you complete monitoring of successful funding applications
• Providing training courses on Community Engagement and Completing a Funding Application

We also offer support on Growth and Development and Training Opportunities through our community development workshops and bespoke courses.
